Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Powder – 100g

Wild sea buckthorn berries, hand-harvested from the high valleys around Leh, ground whole — berries and seeds together — then sieved to a fine powder.

Nothing is added. Grinding the whole berry keeps the skin and pulp intact; the seed fragments are sieved out afterwards, leaving a powder fine enough to stir through anything. Expect tart citrus with a resinous finish.

Each batch is single-origin and single-harvest, from one valley in one season, and independently lab-tested before it is packed. Naturally contains omega-7, omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, along with vitamin C and beta carotene.

How to use
Stir 1–2 teaspoons into porridge, yoghurt, cereal or a smoothie. Works well folded into baking, or blended into dressings and sauces. Note that the powder is not water-soluble — it will suspend rather than dissolve, so give it a stir.
